Now more than ever, the world needs enthusiastic, high energy conductors that push choristers to live up to their expectations while having an absolute blast.  The most important piece of the puzzle that many conductors seem to miss is the relationship that they need to build with their choristers. This concept directly coincides with educators in the classroom and their students. Instructional coaching is hands on coaching during your rehearsal or music class that will give you tools to implement immediate change in the culture of your classroom.  Instructional coaching focuses on YOU! Most coaching focuses on the chorus/students, but this is coaching is just for you, to allow you to focus more on the students/chorus. This may sound intimidating but it is so powerful, and extremely effective, we can be doing instructional coaching during your class.rehearsal which is most effective, or in private.
