Great Northern Union will open its 2017 season with a return to Benson Great Hall. On April 29, GNU will hit the stage with new songs and old favorites from a variety of genres, including a fresh a cappella arrangement of Blue Swede’s 1974 hit “Hooked On A Feeling,” all powered by GNU’s trademark showmanship and high impact harmony. GNU will be joined on stage by Cantus, the acclaimed Minneapolis-based male vocal ensemble. One of just two professional classical male vocal groups in the United States, Cantus is known for its uniquely-artist-led programming and wide-ranging repertoire.
